Australian Ecosystems Foundation Inc. (AEFI)Edit

Taken from: http://ausecosystems.org.au/Edit

Many people would like to contribute to saving Australia’s wildlife but do not know where to start. You can help protect Australian natural habitats and the flora and fauna by getting involved with the Australian Ecosystems Foundation Inc.

The simplest way you can support Australian wildlife conservation is by joining the Australian Ecosystems Foundation. Memberships start from just $15 and give you the opportunity to get involved directly with our wildlife conservation and habitat restoration projects.

You can also sponsor an endangered species with all proceeds going towards breeding programs for these beautiful animals.

You can also make a single or monthly donation, knowing that your tax-deductible gift is helping secure a future for our native species.

Or, you can make a lasting gift by including the Australian Ecosystems Foundation in you estate.

If you would like to know more please call the foundation office on 02 6351 4515 .

VolunteeringEdit

When you become a member of AEFI, you are able to participate in our volunteer activities at our sanctuaries and reserves. Your skills and contributions help us to achieve our conservation goals and protect vital habitat for native species. Last year alone, over 3000 hours were spent by volunteers helping us to plant native plants, remove weed species, help with captive breeding programs and research our native wildlife. This helped to reduce the costs of our conservation programs by over $450,000.

If you would like to help save Australia’s native wildlife and their habitats, please contact us and we will send you an information package outlining the great projects that you can get involved with.
